At LiquidationPallet.shop, we specialize in wholesale liquidation pallets, truckloads, and lots sourced from major retailers, including customer returns, overstock, shelf pulls, salvage, and surplus merchandise. These products are sold in bulk as-is for resale or business use, and due to their nature (mixed condition, unmanifested or partially manifested contents, and high-volume wholesale format)
This policy is clear, accessible without login, and applies to all U.S. customers (our primary market). It emphasizes the “as-is” sale nature of liquidation goods.
1. Nature of Products and “As-Is” Sales
All merchandise is sold strictly “AS-IS,” “WHERE-IS,” with no warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement).
- Items may be new, used, damaged, incomplete, missing parts, non-functional, cosmetically imperfect, or otherwise imperfect.
- Manifests, condition grades, estimated retail values, damage percentages, photos/videos, or descriptions are approximations only—not guarantees. Actual contents and conditions vary.
- This is standard for liquidation/wholesale pallets and aligns with Google Merchant Center allowances for final-sale, non-returnable items ( clearance, used, salvage, or perishable lots).
2. Return Window and Eligibility
- No general return window applies. All sales are final and non-returnable for any reason, including buyer’s remorse, change of mind, discrepancies in manifests, discovered defects, or condition issues.
- Returns, exchanges, refunds, cancellations, or credits are not accepted except in rare cases of our material error ( shipping the completely wrong pallet/lot type or grade as ordered).
- This meets Google Merchant Center guidelines by clearly stating no returns for non-defective/general cases, while allowing exceptions for verifiable seller errors.
3. Exceptions (Material Seller Error Only)
If we ship an incorrect pallet (wrong category, size, or manifest type entirely), contact us immediately:
- Report within 7 calendar days of delivery (carrier-confirmed date).
- Provide order number, photos/videos of the received pallet, and proof of discrepancy.
- If confirmed as our error, we may (at our sole discretion) arrange replacement (if available) or partial/full credit/refund.
- Buyer must coordinate return logistics (freight costs typically buyer-paid unless we specify otherwise).
- Unauthorized returns will be refused or returned at buyer’s expense.
4. Return Process (If Exception Approved)
- Email info@liquidationpallet.shop with details and evidence—approval required before shipping anything back.
- Do not return without written confirmation—unauthorized shipments may be rejected.
- Pack/secure the pallet as originally received (or better) for freight return.
- We inspect upon receipt and process any approved refund/credit within 10-14 business days to the original payment method.
5. Refunds
- Refunds (if approved under exception) issued to original payment method.
- Original shipping/freight fees are non-refundable.
- Taxes, duties, and fees are non-refundable.
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after inspection.
6. Shipping and Delivery Notes
Refer to our separate Shipping Policy for details. Risk of loss passes upon carrier pickup. Inspect upon receipt and note damage on carrier documents—report transit issues promptly for carrier claims (we assist where possible, but not liable for carrier delays/damage).
7. Important Buyer Notes
- Liquidation pallets are for business/resale use—not personal consumption. Buyers assume all responsibility for resale compliance, safety, disposal, or restricted items.
- Professional inspection recommended upon receipt due to variable condition.
- No refunds for transit damage unless carrier claim approved (file within carrier window, typically 7-90 days).
8. Questions or Disputes?
Contact us at info@liquidationpallet.shop with your order number—we respond within 1-2 business days.
