1. Shipping Availability

  • We ship nationwide within the continental United States (lower 48 states) as standard.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories: Available with additional freight charges—contact info@liquidationpallet.shop for a custom quote before ordering.
  • International shipping: Not currently offered. Please email us if you’re outside the U.S. for potential future options.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes due to freight carrier restrictions.
  • Commercial/business addresses, warehouses, or distribution centers are preferred and often receive lower accessorial fees.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

  • Most orders ship as LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight via trusted carriers such as:
    • FedEx Freight
    • R+L Carriers
    • Old Dominion Freight Line
    • Saia
    • XPO Logistics
    • or regional/national LTL providers
  • Pallets are professionally palletized, shrink-wrapped, and labeled for safe transit. Truckloads may ship via dedicated or full truckload carriers.
  • Signature required: Most freight deliveries require an adult signature (18+). Provide delivery instructions or arrange for someone to be present.
  • Lift-gate service: Recommended for residential or non-dock locations (additional fee—see below).
  • Small accessory items (if bundled) may ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping/freight is calculated at checkout or quoted separately based on:
    • Pallet/lot size and weight
    • Destination ZIP code
    • Carrier rates and current market conditions
    • Any accessorial services (lift-gate, residential delivery, inside placement, etc.)
  • Freight quotes are estimates—final charges may adjust slightly due to carrier re-weigh/re-class (common in LTL). We will notify you of any significant changes before shipment.
  • Free shipping occasionally applies to select promotions or high-value orders—check product pages or cart.
  • Taxes, duties, and customs fees are not included (buyer responsible if applicable).
  • For Google Merchant Center compliance: We use carrier-calculated or overestimated rates to ensure transparency; exact amount shown at checkout.

4. Processing and Delivery Times

  • Order processing time: 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment clearance and verification. High-demand or large truckload orders may take longer—check product page notes.
  • Estimated transit times (from shipment):
    • Continental U.S.: 3–10 business days depending on origin and destination (faster for Northeast/Midwest routes).
    • Alaska/Hawaii: 10–20 business days.
  • Delays can occur due to carrier volume, weather, holidays, port/terminal congestion, or carrier issues—we are not liable for these.
  • Tracking: Provided via email once the shipment is picked up. Track directly with the carrier using the number we send.

5. Delivery Responsibilities

  • Provide a valid, accurate delivery address and contact phone number at checkout. Incorrect addresses may result in additional fees or reship costs (buyer responsibility).
  • Inspect upon delivery: Note any visible damage or discrepancies on the carrier’s delivery receipt/BOL (Bill of Lading) before signing.
  • Report damage or shortages to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and carrier notation—we assist with carrier claims where possible.
  • Risk of loss/damage passes to buyer upon carrier pickup. Title passes upon full payment.
  • Buyer is responsible for unloading (unless lift-gate/inside delivery is arranged and paid for).

6. Special Handling & Accessorial Fees

  • Lift-gate (for non-dock locations): $100–$200+ depending on carrier/location.
  • Residential delivery: $75–$150+.
  • Inside delivery or appointment: Quoted separately.
  • Re-delivery or storage fees (if missed delivery): Buyer responsibility—can be substantial. Request special services at checkout or email us before ordering.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • If a shipment is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged: Contact us immediately with tracking details and photos.
  • We file carrier claims on your behalf when reported promptly (carrier claim windows are typically 7–90 days).
  • Refunds/credits for transit issues only if carrier approves claim (per our Refund and Returns Policy—note: most sales final).
